Being A Representative you have the responsibility to rate films and tv shows (for now) in a timely fashion The Horror Congress will not tolerate wall flowers carrying The Horror Congress name and not Participating in Horror Congress Business. Furthermore if a Representative does not participate in The horror congress events 3 times nor contact any other representatives with a legitimate reason why they could not attend they will be put before the congress to have their seat voted on. We here at the Horror congress take Horror seriously as you should as a Representative.
